Services

I provide professional travel design and planning services, including research, itinerary creation, booking coordination, and concierge-level support. While I strive to create seamless travel experiences, I do not operate, own, or control airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other travel suppliers.


Travel Design Investment & Payments

Travel design services require a Travel Design Investment, which reflects the time, expertise, and personalized care dedicated to each itinerary.

Fees vary based on destination, complexity, and scope of services

Travel Design Investments are non-refundable once planning has begun

Additional fees may apply for significant itinerary changes or expanded services

Details will be outlined prior to the start of planning.


Bookings & Third-Party Suppliers

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, etc.).

I am not responsible for:

Supplier cancellations, schedule changes, or overbookings

Acts of God, weather events, or unforeseen circumstances

Travel disruptions beyond my control

Clients are responsible for reviewing supplier terms and travel documents.


Travel Documents & Responsibilities

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure possession of valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations or entry requirements.

I am not responsible for denied boarding, entry, or travel delays due to incomplete or invalid documentation.


Changes, Cancellations & Interruptions

Changes to travel plans may result in additional fees from suppliers and/or additional planning fees. Cancellations and refunds are governed by the individual supplier’s policies.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.


Client Communication

Timely communication is essential for successful planning. Delays in responses may impact availability, pricing, or final arrangements.


Limitation of Liability

I act solely as an agent for travel suppliers and am not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond my control.


Intellectual Property

All itineraries, documents, and materials created are for personal client use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written consent.


Use of Website

Content on this website is provided for informational purposes only and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.


Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the business’s registered location.
